Second Harrington entry in the checklist (first at #41, Section 4 Pregnancy — photo-0038). ‘Arctic’ is the regional designation used by the checklist; no country attribution given. Section 8 ‘Mothers and Babies’ is assigned to sec-family-children in our 11-cluster scheme (same bucket used for Section 6 Nursing Mothers per PR #4).
