PDF OCR on page 18 rendered the agency as ‘l’I.agnum’; read here as ‘Magnum’. ‘Kashmir’ is the country/region designation as printed by the checklist; the political-geographic context (Princely State of Kashmir and Jammu / post-1947 partition framing) is not stated in the document and is not resolved here.
