Second Lange plate explicitly credited Farm Security Administration (cf. photo-0093 at #99); the FSA attribution dates this image to Lange’s 1935-39 federal documentary work (the FSA-related framing on photo-0093 is NOT re-verified against any fetched source this round; preserved as carried). A ninth Lange plate follows within this same batch at #393. Section 31 HARD TIMES is mapped to sec-hardship-suffering-war (theme: ‘Pain, conflict, and injustice’) per data/sections.csv — this is a clean one-to-one cluster fit, in contrast to the approximate-fit mappings used for Sections 28-30.
