Checklist #426, Section 35 Teens. Black Star (agency), LIFE (publication), American, 18 x 22 3/4 cm. Third Ralph Crane plate in the checklist; count verified by grep this session against two prior plates at photo-0196 (#204, Section 18 Adult Play, Germany, LIFE/American, 36 x 50 cm) and photo-0400 (#422, out-of-order printed in Section 34 REVOLT layout, Germany, LIFE/American, 18 x 25 cm — within this same batch). First Crane plate set in the USA; first Crane plate carrying both Black Star (agency) and LIFE (publication) credits — the prior two carried only LIFE. Final row in this batch; the next plate (#427 — Esther Bubley, U.S.A., LADIES’ HOME JOURNAL, American, 18 x 27 cm — visible on the same PDF page 21) falls to the next batch. Batch arithmetic: the issue requested rows for checklist range #402-#426 inclusive; that range contains 25 numbered slots minus 1 missing (#425, gap documented at photo-0410) plus 1 letter-suffix supplement (#404A at photo-0390) = 25 new rows in this batch (photo-0387 through photo-0411). The structural milestone of two new section boundaries is crossed in this batch: SECTION 33 INHUMANITIES closes at #405 (photo-0391, end of Inhumanities), SECTION 34 REVOLT runs #406-#413 plus the out-of-order #422 (photo-0392 through photo-0400), and SECTION 35 TEENS opens at #414 (photo-0401) and continues at least through #426 (this row). No invention per CLAUDE.md (cf. lessons from PRs #58, #61, #65, #67, #69, #71). Section 35 TEENS mapped to sec-play-learning per photo-0401 note (approximate, not canonical).
