Tier justification
Relevance
The French-language nomination form is the parallel primary document to the English version (src-unesco-mow-nomination-en-2002). In the Luxembourg institutional context, French is the primary administrative language alongside Luxembourgish and German; the French form may therefore contain the most complete and formally authoritative statement of Luxembourg’s argument to the IAC. It is of particular importance for CNA Luxembourg’s own institutional history and for the francophone European reception of the exhibition.
For the same reasons as the English form (see src-unesco-mow-nomination-en-2002), this document is a priority primary source for research/unesco.md §3–4.

- Cross-reference to
src-unesco-mow-nomination-en-2002: the English parallel. - Cross-reference to
src-unesco-mow-2003: the register entry that links to this form. - Cross-reference to
src-unesco-motw-fom-nomination: the 1990s-filed nomination pointer entry (which also records the URL and access barrier as of prior sessions). - The CREDIBILITY.md language-coverage note: “CNA Luxembourg and European scholarship on Clervaux are often in French or German. Exclude these only at our peril.” This form is exactly the type of francophone primary source the note identifies as essential.
- A future pass should add the
media.unesco.orgdomain to the WebFetch allowlist and read both nomination forms (EN and FR) in the same session for direct comparison.
